What We Do
We provide foundational support to individuals returning home from incarceration in Maryland.
Our work focuses on three essential areas:
Coming Home Packets
Our Coming Home Packets offer immediate support for the first 72 hours after release — hygiene items, snacks, resource lists, and practical tools to ease the transition home.
Referrals & Navigation Support
We help returning citizens and their families locate trusted resources: housing leads, ID assistance, mental health support, employment resources, and community programs.
Emotional & Community Support
Sometimes the biggest help is simply having someone point you in the right direction. We offer judgment-free guidance for individuals finding their way after incarceration.
