This assistance is intended to support returning citizens released within the last 30 days, when needs are often most urgent and stability is still being established. Our goal is to reduce immediate stress so individuals can focus on securing housing, employment, and long-term support.

- A returning citizen released from incarceration within the past 30 days
- Transitioning from incarceration, a halfway house, or a treatment program
- Experiencing housing instability or limited financial resources
- Lacking consistent family or community support
- In need of short-term stabilization assistance during reentry
- Support is prioritized for those navigating reentry without a reliable safety net.
